Other Wines: ‘Vinimalist’ creations

At Criminal Wines, we use a minimalist approach to produce all our wines, with little human intervention and supported by appropriate technology. We use French and American oak barrels, which allow us to design wines with a very careful and balanced style in terms of wood concentration. The wines are aged in barrels in an underground cellar located 6 meters below ground. All wines are produced in limited batches and seek to transcend simply by being extraordinary.
